Our Jr. Coach program focuses on building relationships with our younger campers. JCs assist with activities, collaborate with coaching staff to create obstacle courses, lead activities and learn how to effectively communicate with young campers. Each Jr. Coach is teamed up with an Assistant Coach and a Head Coach to strengthen those communication skills and by the end of camp, help lead their own group activities.
