ASSISTANT COACHES
Assistant Coaches will work closely with Head Coaches to engage with campers to lead and manage small groups. They will guide Jr. Coaches to create and implement daily schedule of activities and effectively communicate with campers and families.

AC REQUIREMENTS & INFO
Must be 12 by the first day of camp.
Complete and Sign AC contract for the summer.
A one-time $50 Coach Gear fee is required for Coach shirts and hoodie that must be worn daily.
VETERAN AC PROGRAM
Must have completed a minimum of 2 Weeks in Jumpin’ to Summer 2024 (no exceptions)
ROOKIE AC PROGRAM
FIRST YEAR with no experience as an Assistant Coach with Jumpin’ Gymsters.
Due to high demand for our Assistant Coach program, Rookie Assistant Coaches will be limited to a maximum enrollment of four (4) weeks.
AC STIPEND PROGRAM
Rookie ACs will receive $100 stipend at the end of each week; pending completion of all required responsibilities in AC contract.
Veteran ACs will receive $150 stipend at the end of each week; pending completion of all required responsibilities in AC contract.
ACs cannot miss more than one day per week. If more than a day is missed, $10 will be deducted from stipend for each day missed after the first.
Stipends will be issued directly to Assistant Coach via Venmo, Zelle or Apple Cash
