ASSISTANT COACH | 12-15YRS
The Assistant Coach (AC) Program at Jumpin' Gymsters provides a fantastic opportunity for young teens to gain valuable coaching experience and engage with campers in an energetic and supportive summer environment. ACs are an essential and valued part of our team, bringing a unique ability to connect and inspire our campers.
REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 15TH @ 8AM
Minimum AC Requirements
AGE Must be at least 12 years old by August 1, 2026. No exceptions.
If you are 11, but turn 12 before August 1st, reach out to info@jumpingymsters.com for assistance on registration.
ATTENDANCE
Must be present every day of registered sessions to receive full stipend.
ACs will need a Brightwheel account to check in and out.
Brightwheel invite will be sent via email prior to the start of the session.
SIGN AC CONTRACT
All ACs will review and sign a Summer Contract to participate in the program.
Contracts will be reviewed and signed by both AC and parent or guardian during regisration.
Registration Details
A $50 Coach Registration fee is required for each two week session and $25 for each one week session.
Registration Fee includes 2 Coach Shirts and Badge.
Enrollment is limited to a maximum of four (4) weeks for the summer.
Due to the high demand for the program, we are unable to split any of the scheduled two-week sessions. No exceptions.
Stipend Payment | new for 2026
All ACs will be paid $135 per week worked.
$25 will be deducted for every day missed during scheduled session
A personal or parent/guardian digital payment method is required to receive payment
Acceptable payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, Apple Cash, or PayPal.
Digital payment method contact information will be required on the first day of camp.
Volunteering for School Projects
If you are volunteering for school projects, please provide all necessary details and documentation prior to attending your scheduled sessions.
Volunteer hours will be verified and signed off by the Camp Director on site.
No stipend payments are issued for volunteer hours for school.
