BIRTHDAY PARTY FAQS
WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN 25 RSVPs?
Its $15 for each additional participant after 25 with a maximum of 30 total participants allowed.
IS FOOD INCLUDED IN PARTY PACKAGES @ THE JUMP?
No. Outside food is allowed by host, but limited to cake, cupcakes, finger foods, pizza, snacks and individual packaged drinks; i.e water bottles, juice boxes, gatorade, etc.
IS THERE A CLEANING FEE?
No. We are happy to take care of the cleaning as long as outside food meets the requirements. Signage will be available for spaces where food and drink are permited.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE FOR A PARTICIPANT?
3 years. We will allow children under 3 to try with a parent guide assisting them with a signed waiver.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AGE FOR A PARTICIPANT?
9 years. If there are siblings older than 9 who would like to participate or assist, we can discuss options.
WHAT IF MY GUESTS FORGET TO FILL OUT THE WAIVER?
We will have a waiver kiosk onsite. However, we strongly recommend waivers are completed prior to party to avoid any delays in starting your party on time.
DO YOU OFFER OFF-SITE PARTIES?
Yes, but only during the months of May-September due to unpredictable Cali weather. Off-site parties are only offered outdoors at a park reserved by host.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR IS SCHEDULED TO RAIN ON THE DAY OF OUR OFF-SITE PARTY?
We understand this is challenging and heartbreaking for a child expecting to have a JG party. Therefore we offer a full refund minus 5% credit card processing fee ONLY if a high percentage of rain is expected the day before and the day of the party. For the safety of our children and staff, we do not offer parties in the rain or if the party space is wet and deemed unsafe.
